Team Chat ​

Chat in Liza isn't a separate tool — it's connected directly to your work. Messages live where they belong: on the list, on the project, or on the individual task.

Where you chat ​

• On a project / list – the ongoing discussion about the topic.
• On a task – every task has its own message history.
• In channels / direct messages – for general or personal topics.

What makes the chat special ​

• Turn a message into a task: A message can be converted into a task — so nothing gets lost in the conversation.
• Context stays intact: Anyone who opens a task also sees the related discussion.
• Mentions & reactions: Mention people with @, react with emojis.

Notifications & Inbox ​

New messages and mentions land in your Inbox – your personal notification center, reachable via the header button. There you'll find:

• Everything unread, no matter how old it is.
• Recently read items from the last 24 hours, so conversations you just cleared don't disappear immediately.

The Inbox bundles notifications from every channel you're a member of – list chats, groups, calls, and AI replies. Opening an entry marks its channel as read. Push notifications are additionally available on desktop and mobile.
