Calls & Meetings
Liza brings video meetings directly into your project context — without switching tools.
Starting Meetings
Start a call spontaneously or schedule a meeting in the Calendar. Meetings can be started from within a project or list, so the context is preserved.
Features
- HD video & audio with screen sharing
- Recording of the meeting
- AI transcription & notes: Liza AI can take notes and summarize the outcomes
- Agenda from the project: build agenda items from tasks
- Decisions → Tasks: turn resolutions directly into tasks
Guests in calls
Guests of your workspace are invited to a call or meeting like members. They take part, see the other participants and write in the call chat. They don't see calls they aren't invited to.
Guests can also start calls and schedule meetings themselves — via the call button in the project chat. They can only invite people from their projects, no external email addresses and no call links. The members in the call become moderators and can change everything; the guest does not moderate. Guests can't record or transcribe.
External participants
People without a Liza account can take part in individual calls. They only see that one call, nothing else from your workspace. There are two ways:
- Email address in a calendar event: if you add an email address as a participant when scheduling a meeting, the person receives an invitation with a calendar entry and a link to the meeting.
- Call link: a link you share yourself, for example by email or on your website.
If external people should work on a project for longer, invite them as a guest instead.
Call links
Via call links, people without a Liza account can join. They land in the waiting room; you are notified by push and in the app and admit them one by one.
You manage your links under Settings → Personal → My call links:
Per link you set a name and a description (shown in the waiting room, e.g. "please state your request briefly"). Links can be copied, paused for an hour, deactivated, and deleted.
